2006 MWABA Book Fair at DePaul, University, Chicago.

Jaymes Sorbel, from ChrisLands.com, attended the 2006 MWABA Book Fair at DePaul, University, Chicago on August 27. He almost didn't make it. Jaymes started out the trip early in the middle of a thunderstorm. After finally driving out of the storm, he drove into an accident right before getting to the Chicago Suburbs. Then, of course, it was new student and parent day at DePaul University so the traffic on the highway before the exit was jammed.

But after all that, the book fair was a great time and Jaymes ran into several bookstore owners. Below are some pictures of the show. Jaymes would like to apologize for some of the images. Thankfully, he is a better programmer then a photographer.

Carlos from Bibliodisia.com is a new storeowner with ChrisLands and it was a great pleasure to meet him. Jaymes and Carlos discussed uploading files to his new store and Jaymes explained a little about the administration. Carlos was so new that he had not developed any questions yet.	Paul Garon of Beasley Books. Jaymes also visited with Paul at the Twin Cities book fair a month earlier. It was good to see him again. Jaymes and Paul discussed Domain Name Server records particular the MX and A records.
Jaymes met Dennis Melhouse and Dennis Hatman of First Folio Rare Books. They have had First-Folio with ChrisLands since January 2002, over 4 1/2 years. Jaymes discussed uploading images for their inventory with them. Jaymes promised to write a tutorial about this topic.	Tom Joyce and Pat Martinak of the Chicago Rare Book Center. Jaymes met Tom at the Chicago Printer's Row Book Fair in June. Jaymes almost didn't recognize Tom without his hat. Jaymes and Tom spent some time discussing books. Jaymes mentioned the Emporor series from Conn Iggulden that he enjoyed very much.
The DePaul University Student Center	There was a lot of beautiful architecture in the DePaul University area.
